Die Argumente gegen die Netzsperren sind uns hinlänglich bekannt, doch Menschen aus der Offline- Generation zu überzeugen, ist nicht einfach. Hier ein Versuch:
Viele fragen sich ‘warum wollt Ihr diese Inhalte nicht sperren ?’
Ich möchte versuchen, das zu erklären:
Wenn du eine URL im Internet kennst, dann weisst du nicht, was sich dahinter verbirgt, bevor du die Seite nicht selbst aufgerufen hast. Wir leben im Informationszeitalter, und (auch wenn das schwer zu vermitteln ist), auch ein kinderpornographisches Bild ist Information. Der Staat möchte jetzt zu dir sagen: Hinter diesem Stoppschild befindet sich Kinderpornografie oder dieses und jenes (Glücksspiel, Killerspiel, rechtsradikal etc.). Das weisst du aber nicht. Du sollst es GLAUBEN. Du sollst blindes Vertrauen haben in deinen Staat haben, wohlgemerkt, nicht in unseren Rechtsstaat, sondern in eine Behörde allein, die niemand kontrolliert. Die Sperrliste ist geheim. Das Argument, daß die Sperren leicht zu umgehen sind, zieht nicht, vielleicht ist das morgen nicht mehr so. Es geht hier nicht um die Frage welche Inhalte der Staat tolerieren soll, sondern um die generelle (und radikale) Frage, ob unsere gesamte Kommunikation unter Staatlicher Kontrolle stehen darf. Der Staat kann entweder garnichts zensieren, oder alles. Die Chinesen können alles zensieren. Die Chinesen drücken auf den Knopf und den 4. Juni 1989 hat es nie gegeben. Jetzt wird so ein System auch in Deutschland eingeführt, unter grossem Beifall der Volksmusik Generation.
Wir wollen alles tun um Kinderpornografie aus dem Web zu entfernen, durch Anschreiben der Provider und Löschen der Seiten. Natürlich haben Menschen kein Recht auf den Konsum Kinderpornographischer Inhalte, aber Jeder Mensch hat ein Recht darauf seine Umwelt zu Erkunden und Informationen aufzurufen. Denn, wie gesagt, du kennst eine Information nicht, bevor du sie nicht aufgerufen hast.
